The watchman and the Boss | funny puzzle

Mr. Ram is a night watchman of a huge building. On a morning, when he wants to go home, the boss tell him “I'm going for a meeting in London tomorrow”. Suddenly Ram say to the boss “sir this night I dreamed that the plane to the London crashes, just before it lands!. So you please don't go there in a plane. You can go by boat”. The boss was a person who is pretty superstitious, so he go London in a boat. When he arrives London, he heard that the plane to the London crashes just before it lands!!

When he came back, He give lots of prices to Mr. Ram and immediately dismissed him from his job! Why???
